Founder & CEO
Anandan started Addressin after 14 years of buying and aggregating land across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. He has personally walked more than a thousand parcels, closed 500+ acres with subscribers, and still visits every large mandate site himself. His rule is simple: never recommend land he wouldn't put his own money into.

Co-founder & CTO
GK leads technology and data at Addressin. He built our corridor-research engine that tracks road projects, industrial announcements and registration trends across our four cities — so every recommendation is backed by data, not hearsay. He believes old-fashioned trust deserves modern tools.

Ramesh manages our farmland and industrial land practice in Coimbatore and Hosur. With 12 years in layout approvals and DTCP processes, he is the person developers call when they need land assembled quietly and correctly.
